5. Parcel Tracking Policy

The tracking feature is provided to improve customer transparency and service reliability. Tracking details displayed are based on the updates entered by the courier company or its staff.

DatabridgeCRM Couriers is not responsible for incorrect tracking updates caused by user input errors.

6. Subscription Plans & Payments

DatabridgeCRM Couriers offers multiple pricing plans including trial-based access. Payment terms include:

  • Subscription fees are charged based on selected plan

  • Fees may be billed monthly or annually depending on package

  • Subscription renewals may be required to continue service

  • Failure to pay may result in limited access or suspension
